Hi all, March, we are so glad it's March. That means the Maine State Shop Hop is coming right up in April. The shop hop fabric is here and we are all busy planning projects and getting the goodie bags ready. I am also stocking up my kitchen to make cookies!
We are taking pre-orders for the “Birds and Berries” fabric line for this year. It’s a gorgeous colorful collection bursting with Maine birds and native berries. You can call and let us know what you would like, or pre-order online. We will have it ready for pick up or shipping on April 1st. While it is similar to lasts year's fabric line, I’m sure there’s something for everyone. The lines were designed to go together perfectly!
We have been moving things around and even built a Teeny Tiny closet/office in the classroom. We actually feel like the classroom has a bit more room to move around. After a couple of tryouts, we have new chairs too. Please check the website for news and class offerings. Our Fabric Collage class on March 14th sold out fast! National Quilting Day is March 21st and we are hosting our Cleaning Out The Closet Sale from 10 am - 4 pm! Starting on March 29th we are going to begin a once a month Slow Down and Stitch class on the last Sunday of each month, from 11 am - 3 pm by donation only, which will go to our local food pantry.
